Was That A Plane I Heard- No It Was Snoring
The loudest snore in Britain was only recently recorded at a whopping 111.6dB which is simply astounding. To put it into perspective it is actually louder than any of those large washing machines and even louder than the biggest commercial washing machine. It is so loud in fact that is louder than a tractor, truck, train and even a low flying aircraft. Can you imagine sleeping in the same house as someone who snores this loudly, let alone the same bed!
She not only wakes up her husband but also herself which is not really very good but at least it isnt just her husband that suffers. What is the reasoning behind many people not being able to find a cure?
Well many experts say that it can be overindulgence is life’s pleasures as well as a number of other reasons. These are just some of them
Smoking
Smoking certainly has changed over the years from being something that people should do to causing many problems, snoring has now been added to that. You are not only damaging your health by smoking but handing over money from taxes to the government!
Overeating
The thing is that nearly everyone nowadays over eats at some point, the best thing to do is wait for a bit occassion like Christmas, if you find yourself snoring a bit more than you will know this is your issue.
Do Some Excercise
If you do not excercise then start doing around 20 minutes a day in 10 minute sessions, a bit of jogging on the spot is all that is needed really, you may even lose a bit of weight!
How Do You sleep
If your partner is constantly moaning at you because you have your arm in his/her face and your leg in their gut then chances are you are not sleeping in the correct position. Try changing it to get rid of snoring.
Other reasons could be an allergy, nasal stuffiness, mouth breathing and even small nostrils, whatever it is you best sort it before you start to snore louder than the commercial laundry equipment.
